Hi, I asked for a bouquet of flowers, incorporating black flowers, and boy oh boy did my daughter in law receive a generous and beautiful bouquet! I had also requested this a month in advance, it was delivered on time , without a phone call from me to remind them. The wrapping was beautiful with 2 different color bows! Way more than I expected! Definitely recommend with 10 glowing stars. My order exceeded my expectations ❤️❤️❤️

"Absolutely the most incredible bouquet I've ever received." -my mother Thanks to this shop, I was able to get an awesome bouquet personally delivered to my mother who lives far away from me. The website was super easy to use and the arrangement really looked as good as it did online, if not better. She was impressed with the personal touches on the delivery, even with the undoubtedly busy schedule for the holiday. Thank you Paola's!

Great florist! Needed to order a birthday arrangement from out of state and it couldn't have gone better. Easy online ordering, fair pricing, good communication, quick delivery turn around, a beautiful arrangement and even a preview pic before delivery!

I was having a hard time finding the right cemetery pillow for my father's grave, and this florist truly came through for me. They were able to create it the same day, and it was absolutely beautiful—far more than I expected. You could really see the care and thought put into it. The price was very reasonable, and during a difficult moment, their kindness and work meant more to me than I can express. This is not the first time they have come through for me at the last minute. I’m deeply grateful and highly recommend them. They are truly the BEST!!

wow this store is perfect! from the warm service to the amazing arrangement they made on such short notice for my mom’s birthday. they were so amazing with helping me and talking me through all they could do. the customer to service relationship felt like a small town family store that everyone feels like family friends at.

Paola's is a true gem of a florist!! I reached out to them to deliver flowers to my dear friend recovering from surgery and they handled my order with such care and attentiveness. If you ever need flowers in West/New Haven, Paola's is where to go. They were even sure to take pet-friendly plants into account!
